Scientific methods
We measured Sony and Canon cameras (FX3, FX6, A7SIII, A7IV, R5) alongside the RED V-Raptor in a scientific environment to analyze differences in color and highlight behavior.
Using this data, we built a precise grade with a professional colorist for accurate results. -
Grade Structure
Our Adaptive Grade is built with two essential adjustment nodes:
Color Correction: Adjust exposure, white balance, and tone for a clean starting point for your RED cinema-like color grade.
RED Look: Apply a scientifically-developed look that replicates the RED V-Raptor's color response. -
